5 reg’l personnel, 31 others pass CES Board written exam
Five regional personnel and 31 other DepED key officials from Davao Region hurdled the Career Executive Service (CES) Written Examination conducted on June 2, 2013 at the National Educators’ Academy of the Philippines, Leadership and Development Center, Region XI (NEAP-LDC XI), Quirino Ave., Davao City.
The passers from the regional office are Teresita G. Tambagan, Chief, Administrative Division, Oliva P. Miranda, Designated Director for Administration of NEAP-LDC XI, Lorenzo E. Mendoza and Reynante A. Solitario, both Education Program Supervisors of the Secondary Education Division and Basilio P. Mana-ay, EPS from PESS-SESU.
Those who made it from the division offices who are either education program supervisors or school heads (in alphabetical order) are: Raymond S. Aquino, Christine C. Bagacay, Myralona N. Balawag, Josie T. Bolofer, Hermogina G. Bonga, Romeo S. Camilotes, Emma A. Camporedondo, Noel B. Canales, Elven L. Caraballe, Angelito D. Carreon, Raquel Cedeno, Marilyn B. Deduyo, Michael B. Ebe, Josephine B. Fabian, Jinky B. Firman, Johnito O. Galan, Leah M. Huevos, Rommel R. Jandayan, Joel L. Lanciola, Arlyn B. Lim, Filomena M. Lopez, Judith P. Onlos, Virginia J. Perandos, Lorna C. Ragos, Rebecca C. Sagot, Aser M. Samsona, Gina G. Silvestre, Gloria B. Subong, Julieta I. Sumalinog, Alona C. Uy and Jorlie S. Uy.
It could be remembered that the said CESWE which is a prerequisite in taking the Educational Management Test (EMT) otherwise known as the Superintendent Examination was conducted upon the approval of the CES Board headed by Executive Director Maria Anthonette Velasco-Allones, CESO I of the letter-request of Regional Director Gloria D. Benigno, CESO IV for a department-based CES Written Examination for officials and employees of DepED Region XI.
The Written Examination is a test given to determine the aptitude and competence of an applicant.
The applicant should meet the cut-off score for the Written Examination in order to proceed to the succeeding stages of the Career Executive Service Eligibility (CES) examination namely: (1) Assessment Center; (2) Performance Validation; and (3) Board Interview.
